Do you like Huey Lewis and the News?...

well, i sure do...

i like most music from the 80's, including Robert Palmer, Whitney Houston, and Phil Collins...i love this music so much that i make it a point to inform people about their importance to me and the way they evolve and grow as artists...

...it's a shame however, because i really only get a chance to speak with people about this wonderful music right before i slice through their skulls with a shiny axe...i mean, how are they ever going to remember the names of the artists or their albums for that matter, if their heads have been sliced through?...oh, well, i'll continue to listen and enjoy nonetheless...

well, what to say about myself?...i'm 19 years old, and i work for a bullshit corporate gym...i have the most experience out of everyone who works here...in fact many of the fitness technicians do not even use the equipment properly and pick out the most horrible music...i try to work with the best interest of the company, so if this bothers me too much, i will invite them for a martini or what-have-you at my apartment and use some sort of clean tool on hand to execute them, so as to prevent it from happening continually...it's just not good for the business.

on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, i wake up at 5 am and begin my day with a double tall soy latte from Starbucks Coffee...this costs $3.55, so if i need an extra $.50 later, i'll settle for a single tall soy latte. then i walk to work. i walk because it is a good warm up before my workout. i've gotten quicker at walking up the hills in the morning, which is a good sign that i'm building more endurance and strength.

then i get to work and check my email...i always reply to any personal emails, delete any advertisements and put my 'words of the day' in my 'words of the day' folder. i make sure to read my horoscope, because it gives me a laugh, although i don't really know what this whole laughing thing is about.

after i open the gym, i workout...alternating between strength training and cardiovascular...my heart rate is up to 25, a vast improvement.

when i get home, before i go to bed, i begin my skin-replenishing routine. first, i begin with a good cleanser that gets down into the pores to clear them out, while moisturising the skin...i follow with a facial mask, which i leave on for five minutes...as i wait for it to dry, i prepare the rest of my routine...i peel this off starting from the top and moving downward...then i apply a hefty astringent with medium sized cotton balls...this helps to decrease the size of the pores...and finally, i finish with moisturizer...

this is just a little about my day...there is much more, but i really need to get to the laundromat to remove some stains from my new Ralph Lauren silk bedsheets...it's cranberry juice, cranapple...
